Applies To: All clients of Autoknock, including SaaS subscriptions, AI packages, and custom service agreements.
Our GoHighLevel SaaS subscriptions are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly within your client portal. No written notice is required.Your subscription will remain active through the remainder of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused time, or setup fees.Usage-based fees (e.g., phone, email, AI, triggers) billed through GoHighLevel are also non-refundable.
Important:
If you do not cancel before your renewal date, the system will auto-bill and no retroactive refunds will be issued.
Clients purchasing AI, automation, advertising, or voice assistant services are enrolled under a 6- or 12-month service agreement.
All signed agreements are legally binding and outline the scope, deliverables, and billing terms.Early termination does not release you from payment obligations. The full remaining balance on your agreement may be collected in the event of early cancellation.Setup fees and any custom development or buildout work are non-refundable once the project has begun.Monthly usage charges (such as voice AI minutes) are billed according to usage and are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services,all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for: Subscription payments, Setup fees, Usage-based charges, Custom development, AI assistant buildouts, Ad campaign services.
We are happy to address performance concerns proactively, but no refund will be issued once service has been delivered or access has been granted.
By signing up for our services or agreeing to any package, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
Initiating a chargeback for services rendered, subscriptions accessed, or contracts signed will be treated asfraudulent activity and a breach of agreement.
We reserve the right to: Immediately terminate access to all systems, data, and services. Submit the account to collections or report it to credit bureaus. Pursue legal action to recover the original chargeback amount plus legal fees, administrative costs, and interest.
We maintain comprehensive records, including: Signed contracts. Usage logs. Campaign activity. Communication history.
These materials will be used to dispute and win any chargeback filed in bad faith.
